What is your standard shipping time?
All orders are processed the same day (if prior to 2pm M-F). If after 12pm, your order will ship the next business day. Our standard shipping time is 3-5 business days for U.S. orders. Delivery time may be more than 10 business days if shipping to a military address or an international address.
How much is shipping and handling?
Shipping is always free at RAINRAPS if within the United States and over $50.00. Outside the United States is an additional charge. All orders are shipped via the USPS.Do you ship internationally?
We love shipping our products to people all around the world. Many countries collect customs/duty fees for international purchases, so please review your country's international customs policies as we are unaware and are not responsible for the payment of those duties and fees. We are not to be held responsible for packages that have not been delivered by the country's local post office or the length of time packages are held at customs. By purchasing from our store, international buyers agree to our shipping policies. COVID19 UPDATE - We are still shipping internationally but orders are taking a long time to arrive to some countries. Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes. At checkout, you will be asked to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Your total shipping charges will based on the shipping method of choice and will automatically compute during checkout before the completion of your order.
What are the dimensions and the weight?
- The RAINRAP is one size fits most. The RAINRAP measures 25" from the neckline down to the back hem. The width is 50" and it weighs 10 ounces. The pouch size is 10" x 8".
- THE WINTERRAP is one size fits most. The WINTERRAP measures 25" from the neckline down to the back hem. The width is 50" and it weighs 1.24 lbs. The pouch size is 10" x 12".
- The SPORTYRAP is one size fits most. The SPORTYRAP measures 29" from the neckline down to the back hem. The width is 50" and it weighs 10 ounces. The pouch size is 10" x 8".
- The RAINTRENCH is available in 3 sizes: small, medium, and large. Click here to view the sizing specifications. The RAINTRENCH weighs 10 ounces. The pouch size is 10"x8".
- The RAINCAP is one size fits most. The brim width is 3", height from brim to crown is 8" and inner circumference is approximately 22”.
What is your return policy?
Your purchases can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receipt by the customer. Returned merchandise must include a copy of the receipt for credit or exchanges. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping on all returns and exchanges. After inspection of the return, a credit will be made to the card for the cost of the returned merchandise only; shipping is non-refundable. All returned products must include all labels and be in the condition that they were originally received. All markdown styles are considered final sale which means there are no returns or exchanges on these items. This does not include promotional discounts.

- All RAINRAP styles should be machine washed on cold gentle cycle. Hang to dry or dry on delicate cycle. Do not dry clean. Do not iron.
Can I order customized colors?
If you are interested in customizing your RAPS, please email us at info@rainraps.com. Please note - this is for large orders only (300 or more). We are not able to customize individual RAPS at this time.
